Ingredients

6.people 1each
  1. 1 Canplain biscuits (pillsbury)
  2. Sprayed muffin pan
  3. 1.5 cupscinnamon sugar
  4. 1.5 cupswhite sugar
  5. 1 stickbutter
  6. 1/2 tablespooncinnamon
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. Pecans (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350 and Spray down muffin pan.

    Open biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4

  3. 3

    Pour sugars into a medium bowl. Mix together

  4. 4

    Toss each piece of biscuit into the sugar roll into a ball and place inside of muffin pan (mine fit about 4/5 pieces) keep in mind they rise !!!

    Once all muffins cups are filled with sugar covered balls,Place a small saucepan on the stove and add the stick of butter

    Once butter is almost melted add the leftover sugar used to toss the biscuits in. Add cinnamon and vanilla too.

    Once all sugar and butter and cinnamon is incorporated, pour even amount into each muffin cup. Do Not over flow.

    Place in oven and bake for 10-12 mins. Then Rotate to bake for another 8-10 mins. Top will be a little dark. Inside will be moist Make sure inside isn’t too wet.

    Once cooled. Flip over muffin tray and gently pull out your mini dessert. Plate bottom side up! Pour extra sugar/butter mixture on top if needed 😊

    Sooo easy and really addictive. I suggest 2-3 biscuits cans!!
