Ingredients

  • 2large eggs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupMartha White All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cupMartha White Plain Enriched Yellow Corn Meal
  • 3 tbspMelted Butter
  • 1/4 cupCriso Pure vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 2 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 3/4 tspsalt

Steps

    Heat oven to 350-400°F

  2. 2

    Coat baking pan with non stick cooking spray

  3. 3

    Beat in medium bowl stir in milk, butter, corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until smooth

  4. 4

    Batter should be creamy and pourable

  5. 5

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
