  • Pealed bananas
  • 1/4of chicken
  • 1onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1royco cube
  • 1 teaspoonginger
  • 1 teaspoongarlic
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken.

  2. 2

    Heat pan with cooking oil and onions and let it turn golden brown

  3. 3

    Add ginger and garlic

  4. 4

    Then add tomatoes and salt

  5. 5

    Add bananas and water then reduce heat and let cook slowly.

  6. 6

    Add royco cube. And let it boil.

  7. 7

    Serve hot
