Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsMinced Beef
  2. 2Celery Sticks
  3. 1 smallOnion
  4. 1Carrot
  5. 1 canBeans
  6. 1 canWhole or Chopped Tomatoes
  7. 1 canRed Kidney Beans
  8. 3 tbspChilli powder
  9. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  10. 1 tbspTomato Puree
  11. 1 canWater
  12. 1 tspCayenne pepper
  13. 1 pinchPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook meat in big pan for 10mins on med heat. Drain fat/juices.Then return pan to heat lower to low.

    put the Beans and Tomatoes into pan. Drain Kidney beans if in juice then add, but ones in chilli sauce are fine to use.

    Chop onion and celery add to pan, then great the carrot add to pan .

    Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and mix well. turn heat up to high and bring to boil. now depending how much time you have you can serve now or let it simmer for a hour as the taste will only improve with time. And it tastes great the next day to. Also great with some garlic bread to dip into it.

    You can use other meats or no meats at all. plus easy to add other veg to and great if you have left over tomato based food just add that too I chuck in left over salsa's, tomato juice and the last dregs of the ketchup. Plus if you don't like it to hot don't put as much chilli powder into it, if not hot enough add more.
