add squash (thinly sliced) and boil 3-4 minutes or til tender

in a large bowl, combine lemon juice, dill, garlic, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper

drain squash and add to bowl along with the cheese

combine tomato and onion, spoon over squash mixture

serve immediately
