Pasta and Meatballs

Ingredients

  1. sauce
  2. 1 jarpasta sauce
  3. 3 tbspolive oil
  4. 2 clovegarlic minced
  5. 1 largesweet red pepper, chopped
  6. 2 tbspItalian parsley, chopped
  7. meatballs
  8. 16 ozpackage ground mild Italian sausage
  9. 1 smallonion finely chopped
  10. 1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
  11. 1/4 cupMilk
  12. 1/3 cupDry bread crumbs
  13. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F

    Mix sausage, egg, onion, bread crumbs, cheese and milk in bowl. Shape sausage mix into 18 meatballs and place on baking sheet.

    Bake 20 mins or until meatballs are cooked through.

    Cook favorite pasta according to box directions.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil until hot. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds or until golden.

    Add peppers to skillet and saute two mins or until tender. Add meatballs to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce. Heat through. Add pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with parsley.
