Blanch broccoli florets in hot water and salt.

Take olive oil in a pan.Add finely chopped garlic and onions.

After onions become translucent,add blanched broccoli florets.

Add salt and 1.5 cups water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

You will see that broccoli is cooked.Now put off the gas and transfer to another bowl to cool this.

After it cools,blend into a paste.

Pour this in the pan and add a cup of water and milk mixed with cornflour.

Cook for 2 minutes and then add black pepper and almond slivers.

Cook for a minute.If the soup seems very thick you can add some water to adjust consistency.This soup is medium thick.

Garnish with some blanched broccoli florets and almond slivers.Serve hot.
