As everyone discard the peels of both in which there r so many nutrients
But I used them to make a more healthier version of HALWA.

But I used them to make a more healthier version of HALWA.
Steps

Wash beetroot and apple properly.

Peel Both of the items
- 3
Collect the peels,, you can chop them finely or grate them
- 4
Boil the milk.
- 5
Heat a pan with ghee,,add nuts
- 6
Now add beetroot and apple grated peels and fry until it turns aromatic for about 2-3 minutes

On the other side,, the milk which is to boil add milk powder to it.

Pour this thickened milk into the Halwa.

Cook till the milk is absorbed completely.

Add sugar and cardamom powder and other dry fruits,,khoya,,

Enjoy this super healthy and delicious treat by garnishing this halwa with almonds and khoya

Serve hot
