Heat your oven to 200°C, flour your pan and set aside.

In another bowl put in your oil, sugar and butter, mix till white and floafy. Add your eggs one at a time and whisk. Add your vanilla

When properly mixed, put a little flour then the buttermilk, mix. Do that alternatively till everything is properly mixed

Add your shredded coconut then put in a pan. You can pour some shredded of coconut on top then bake for 35-45 mins
