Prep time it's 30 minutes that includes cleaning of the fish.

Take two bowls the other one for egg yolk and the other one for egg white.

The egg yolk one add flour and beer then beat then all together.

The egg white one add salt and whisk it together until soft

Then add the egg white to the beer mixture and stir in together

Pour your cooking oil to fry your fish

Start to fry the fish on each side it must be golden

Once it's done you can serve it mine it's fish rice and gravy
