Tempura's are awesome and add a different kind of texture to a cooked item. Usually a first course menu, Tempura's are so amazing when with the right balance and mixture consistency. An Asian infusion already close to other parts of the world and home.

Tempura's are awesome and add a different kind of texture to a cooked item. Usually a first course menu, Tempura's are so amazing when with the right balance and mixture consistency. An Asian infusion already close to other parts of the world and home.
Steps

Mix flour and water. Add salt, white pepper and onion powder and mix. Check taste and set aside.

Put dry pan or pot and add oil and Heat. Wash Plantain. Peel and cut into small sizes

Check hotness of oil add Plantain into batter. Take out and fry... Then drain on paper towel.

Chop onions, pepper and tomato.

Heat pan with the 2tbsp oil. Add your curry powder to help the flavour. Add onions, habanero pepper and allow to fry a little. Add tomato, cube seasoning and salt. Check taste.

And serve with Plantain tempura's when done.
