Mix chapati flour with salt and sugar then add water little by little as you mix till it makes a dough then soften it with oil and leave it for a few minutes while covered

Roll the dough into small round shapes and place your pan on a little heat.

Spread each roll into bigger circles according to the size of your pan and dry each side of the chapati on the heated pan.

Using the cooking fat preferably the yellow one cook the chapatis as you turn both sides till they are well cooked and brownish.

Once cool you can serve them with stew.
