Sabse phele palak ko clean karein or roughly chopped karke ache se wash karein or ise boil kar le 1/2 ts salt ke sath fir paste bana le palak ka.

Ab pan mein 1 tbsp oil garam karein or isme ginger garlic daalkar saute kar le fir onion ko daal kar brown colour aane tak pakaye ab tomatoes daale or soft hone tak pakaye.

Ab is mixture ko thanda hone de fir ise blender se paste bana le thode se pani ke sath.

Ab same pan mein 1 tbsp oil daale or bay leaf, cinnamon stick saute karein fir onion, tomato ka paste daale ab salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder add karein or oil nikle tak ise slow flame par pakne de ab palak puree daale or 5 min pakne de fir 1/2 glass water add karein or slow par lid lagakar pakne de..... gravy aap apne according light thick kar sakte hai.

Ab ek bowl mein potatoes,kamal kakadi and paneer ko grate kar le isme salt, red chilli powder, aamchur powder, garam masala, constarch, bread crums sabko ache se mix karein or kofte ka shape dekar golden colour aane tak deep fry karein (agar kofte oil mein toot rahe hai to thoda constarch or add karein).

Ab serving bowl mein phele kofte daale fir hot palak gravy daale or garam masala, coriander leaves se decorate karein.

Yummy kofta in palak gravy is ready.

Serve with rice and chapati.
