300 gramsgammon

1salt and pepper

peel and cut in small pieces all veggies
2

cook the onion in a pan and some oil
3

put all veggies in the pan and immerse in water
4

bring to boil and simmer until all veggies are cooked
5

leave it to cool down and liquise with mixer
6

add salt and pepper to taste
7

add some parsley or cheese to garnish
