Ingredients

1 hour
2 servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • 250 gbeef
  • To tasteblack pepper
  • To tasteChilli pepper
  • To tastecloves
  • To tastecinnamon
  • To tastecumin
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tbspnsoy sauce
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 cupbeans
  • 2blended tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your beef untill it's well cooked.

  2. 2

    In a pan fry your onion, add the beef and stir well for about two minutes. Add all your ground spices, crushed garlic, soy sauce and salt. Cover and let them cook.

  3. 3

    Add two cups of water and let boil. Add rinsed rice stir and let simmer on low heat.

  4. 4

    For the beans. Fry your onion, Add Tomatoes and garlic and salt to taste. Add any spices you like I prefer black pepper.

  5. 5

    Add your beans stir well. Add about half cup of water. Cover to cook.

  6. 6

    Once ready plate and enjoy with yogurt and pepper.
