Large stew pot put pork leg in and add to 1/2 pot of water

Boil until tender. Then add corn, bouillon cubes, bananas, and Sayote

Boil for about 10 minutes or until tender

In a separate fry pan add small amount of oil, then cook spices.

Add to pot and cook about 15 minutes

Right before serving add Chinese Petchay and chopped green onions
