Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel and chop yam into cubes. Put into a pot half filled with water and add all the other ingredients, stir and then bring to a boil. Read a chapter of your Book of the Month:-) When yams soften, stir often to thicken broth. If using beef or chicken, add it now. Check for seasoning and then add chopped and washed vegetables. Turn down heat for 2mins and then turn off heat completely.

This is the pan-roasted chicken that I've been eating since I was a child. My mother used to roast it in the oven though.Since the chicken is cooked in the sauce, it won't be undercooked, and anyone can make it easily. There's no need to be too concerned about the cooking time, but just make sure not to let it burn. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -

Rich and Tasty Beef Tendon Curry Made in a Pressure Cooker Rich and Tasty Beef Tendon Curry Made in a Pressure Cooker
I was chosen as a food tester of a curry roux company and also given good quality beef tendons. I just wanted to make luxurious curry. When eating the next day, skim off the hardened fat on the surface to make it healthier. I use a curry roux with half calories in an attempt to reduce the calories. Caramelizing the onion may be difficult, but gives a great flavour to this dish! Use a food processor to avoid watery eyes. For serving 8. Recipe by Nagisaarare cookpad.japan -

Spicy bacon ranch chicken sandwich(Air fried) Spicy bacon ranch chicken sandwich(Air fried)
I was craving Wendy’s , and I had coupons too. But made this instead. I left off some ingredients for the picky eater,. And I added all of that to my sandwich. This took no time, and I made homemade fries right along with my chicken as I air fried them , was only cooking for two . This was our lunch way cheaper than hitting up a fast food joint . 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈
