Sauce eggs
A quick and simple dish for egg lovers

Boil the eggs

Marinate the the eggs with salt and chilli powder for 10 to 15 minutes

Put oil in a kadhai

Fry the eggs and potatoes for 2 to 3 minutes..remove the egg and potatoes from the kadhai.

Add onion sliced and chopped garlic..

Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes till it become transparent..

Add tomato salt and chilli powder..when the tomatoes become soft add fried potatoes..stir for some time with low flame.

Add fried egg.. after stiring for some time add 1/2 cup of water.cover it.let it boil in low flame..

Add tomato sauce and sugar.. cover it.when the oil separates remove the curry from your kadhai

Serve it with tomato flower And green chilli.....
