Steps

For rabri : Boil the milk and add 2 big table spoon sugar and elaechi powder to it. Now add crushed dry fruits in it.Boil it until the milk becomes thick.

For chasni or sugar syrup: In a pan add half cup sugar and add water.Boil the mixture until a smooth syrup is made.

For toast : In a pan put some oil and fry the bread until light brown.

Put the fried bread slices in sugar syrup and let it absorb the syrup for few minutes.Toast is ready.

Pour the rabri in a broad pan.

Dip the toasts in rabri that we had made. and garnish with almonds. Shahi toast is ready.
