1/4 cupbutter
8 slicestale whole wheat bread, cubed
1/2 cupraisins
2eggs
2 cupfat-free milk
1/2 cupsugar
2 tspvanilla
1/4 tspground cinnamon
1/4 tspsalt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Add bread cubes and raisins;toss to cost.

In a medium bowl,beat eggs slightly. Add milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, & salt;mix well.

Pour over bread cubes; stir to coat.
