Put water in a cooking pan and bring it to boil

Put in the pasta

While almost half done

Open running cold water to make them firm

Put oil in a pan

Add chopped onions

Add chopped tomatoed

Add chopped coriander and capsicum

Season with a bit of black pepper

Stir well till a paste is formed,add the pasta

Cook for 6more minutes

Serve hot
