Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpig's liver
  2. 2pieces pig's heart
  3. 1/2 kgpork belly
  4. 1 cangreen peas
  5. 1some cornstarch water
  6. 1some red chili slices
  7. 1some bell pepper slices
  8. Marinade
  9. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  10. 2 tbspchicken powder
  11. 8 clovegarlic
  12. 2 tspblack pepper,ground
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 2 tbspvinegar
  15. 1 tbspsugar
  16. 1/4water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash pig's liver and heart and pork belly.

  2. 2

    Slice pig's liver,heart and pork belly thinly.Then,put into casserole with marinade mix evenly.Marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Simmer until cook and tender.Put green peas and boil.Add chilli and bell peppers and put some cornstarch water for thickening. Season with salt according to your taste.
