Add oil or ghee in cooker,heat it

Add daliya roast it till little golden(approx 1-2 min.)

Add sonf if you want.I am not used because my kids don't like.

Add water

Add jaggery and mix it.

Cover with lid.after 3-4 whistles on medium flame.off the gas.

After10-15 min.open the cooker.daliya is ready.

Decorate with grated almond and gur.serve hot
