28 ozcrushed tomatoes/juice
1 1/2 tbsplobster base
2 tbspchicken base
2 tbsppoultry seasoning
1 tspcumin
3 tbspflour
3 tbspWorcestersire sua ce
2 lbCajun spiced shrimp cooked

coat chicken with Cajun seasoned flour

in a medium sauce pan w/oil cook chicken til brown

add sausage cook until meat is brown and crumbled

add vegetable and garlic cook until vegetable get soft

add all other ingredients and simmer for 30minutes

thicken with flour

add cooked shrimp
