Steps

Soak Saffron in half cup warm milk and keep aside.

Take nonstick pan, to it add 1 cup of milk +half cup in wich you have soaked the Saffron, Sugar, Cream and Mawa powder and mix well.

Cook the mixture string continuously till the become thick on a medium heat.

Once thick add cardamom powder and cook till the mixture start to leave the side pan.

Switch off the flame and let it cool

Once cold take a small portion of the mixture and roll it in form of small ball. Gently press it between both your palm to flatten out like a peda. Make sure you grease your hand.

Using your thumb make a small cavity on one side to fill the same with garnish. Enjoy
