Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl..sewai roasted
  2. 1 ltr..milk
  3. as neededsugar.
  4. As needed cashew
  5. as neededraisins
  6. 2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sewai and milk in a vessel...put on medium flame...stir continuously..till boiling

  2. 2

    Now on low flame keep it boiling...when it looks resemble....add sugar...stir well cook another 5 minutes...off flame...add cardmom powder...garnish with cashew and raisins
