Steps

heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion . fry them till change their color

then add ginger garlic paste and saute them

now add tomatoes finely chopped , cauliflower chopped ,potatoes cubes,salt , curd and red chilli powder . cook them for 20 min on slow heat

add spices powder and keep stirring till vegetables leave oil and water evaporate.

add garnishing and serve hot
