  3. 1/2 tbsprosemary
  4. 1/2 tbspsea salt
  5. 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  6. 1 1/2 tbspgarlic (minced)
  7. 1/2 tbspbasil
  8. 3/4 tbsponion powder
  9. 1/2 cupcane sugar
  10. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper (optional)

    Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan

    Heat over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stir constantly

    Reduce heat and cover

  4. 4

    Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
