Mix mince together in bowl with flour and herbs

Mould mixture into small balls for use later

Brown onion and garlic in pan

Add in 2 glasses of red wine and reduce (or use beef stock)

Add passata into mixture

Brown meatballs for 4-5 minutes in frying pan

Add to mixture and reduce for 8-10 minutes

Add teaspoon of sugar near the end
