Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsleavened/puff pastry
  2. 10simple sausages
  3. 1egg
  4. 1garlic
  5. 1 tbspsalt and pepper

    let pastry unfreeze for 4 hours

    Roll out pastry

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 230°C

  4. 4

    Cut pastry into strips that are 3/4 the lengh of the sausage.

  5. 5

    Put the sausage on the beginning of the stripe and roll just till the pastry is touching and then cut and tighten both ends together

  6. 6

    Do the same to all the sausages. you can add ketchup and other stuff by taste before rolling.

    Put all sausages on a baking sheet.

    put some egg and garlic on top of the rolls

  9. 9

    make sure the stripe where the pastry meets is downwards

  10. 10

    Bake till golden. no need to pre cook sauasages.

    this is just basic you can add whatever spices you feel like
