Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupgrated gur
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. pinchsoda

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak gur in half cup water till it dissolve

  2. 2

    Add gur water in flour and mix it nicely

  3. 3

    Make a smooth batter just like pakora batter add soda and mix

  4. 4

    Heat oil or ghee in a wok

  5. 5

    Drop ball like roundles one by one in a oil

  6. 6

    Fry it golden brown

  7. 7

    Gulgule is ready to serve
