  1. 3/4 lbElbow macaroni
  2. 1EVOO
  3. 1 1/2 cupWhipping cream
  4. 1 cupHalf and half
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 2Eggs
  7. 1 1/2 tspNutmeg
  8. 1/2 tbspSalt
  9. 1/4 tspWhite pepper
  10. 4 ozShredded Colby jack cheese
  11. 4 ozShredded mild cheddar cheese
  12. 4 ozShredded sharp cheddar
  13. 4 ozCream cheese

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni in pot for 3 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Drizzle with EVOO and toss

    Butter a 10x15 inch baking dish. In a large bowl whisk cream, half and half, milk, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper together. Stir in shredded cheese and macaroni. Spread in baking dish and scatter 1/2 inch cubes of cream cheese on top

    Bake macaroni for 5 minutes. Spread melted cream cheese evenly. Bake got 40 min

    Broil Mac and cheese for 2 min
