Set Oven to 250°F

In a bowl mix oats and almonds and cinnamon.

In a small saucepan combine Maple syrup, butter, coconut oil, vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon. Bring to a boil.

Pour over oat mixture and mix well.

Spread on baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Stir, bake for 8 min. Repeat 2 more times.

Let cool. Add other nuts, cranberries and coconut if wish.
