Brad's camarones a la diabla tostada Brad's camarones a la diabla tostada
Originally I was going to make tacos, but I soon found out that my fillings were over the capacity of the shells. So I turned them into tostadas. Most of the fillings are better if made a day in advance. Including the fermented red cabbage, the pickled red onion, the cilantro lime crema, and the pinto and cannellini bean salad. With the prep work done, it makes this go quick when it's time to cook. wingmaster835 -

Tortillas de camarón for “guisado” which is essentially Mexican sauces. This dish offers a unique combination of textures and flavors, making it a beloved choice for many. The tortitas, or patties, are crafted from a blend of fluffy beaten eggs, savory shrimp powder, and rice flour, resulting in a light yet satisfying meal. Lulu Galaviz -
