  • 1big cat fish
  • 1 ltrwater
  • Handfulpounded crayfish
  • 5hot fresh pepper
  • 1 sachetpepper soup species
  • 1knorr cube
  • to tasteSalt
  • Handfulbitter leave (optional)
  • Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water in the pot and allow to boil

  2. 2

    Add blended pepper and onions

  3. 3

    Add fish and allow to boil for 8mins

  4. 4

    Add crayfish

  5. 5

    Add knorr cube and allow for some seconds

  6. 6

    Add salt to taste

  7. 7

    After 5mins add bitter leave to taste.

  8. 8

    Soup is ready.you can enjoy it with any main dish.
