Ingredients

30  Minutes
4 person
  • 200 gmBoiled semolina pasta(add salt in water while boiling)
  • 1Carrot small
  • 1Onion small
  • 1Yellow bell pepper small
  • 1Red bell pepper small
  • 1Broccoli small
  • 1 tbspMinced garlic
  • 1 tbspChopped Mint leaves
  • 1 cubeCheese
  • 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspDried Parsley
  • Salt as per taste
  • Optional- slices of olive
  • 1 spoonExtra virgin Olive oil
  • 1/2 cupMayonnaise(tastes good with pasta mayonnaise)
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1tspVinegar

Steps

30  Minutes
  1. 1

    Dice all vegetables.

    Heat a pan.

  2. 2

    Fry vegetables in one spoon oil.

  3. 3

    Add vinegar and salt.

  4. 4

    Now add pasta.

  5. 5

    Now add Chilli flakes and parsley.

  6. 6

    Now add milk,mayonnaise and grated cheese cube.

  7. 7

    Bring it to boil.

  8. 8

    Sauce should be little thick.
