  • dry ingredient bowl
  • 2 cupFlour, Whole Wheat
  • 1 tbspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • blender
  • 1Orange Zest
  • 1/2 cupYogurt, Plain, Nonfat
  • 1/2 cupHoney
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2Egg
  • final Mixing bowl
  • 1/2 canCranberry Sauce
  • 1/4 cupDried Cranberries
  • 1 ozWalnuts or Pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour and leavening.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 325°F and grease loaf pan.

  3. 3

    Put wet ingredients except eggs in blender and blend thoroughly. Add eggs and blend a little more.

  4. 4

    Pour wet ingredients into mixing bowl and mix in cranberry sauce.

  5. 5

    Pour in dry ingredients and mix together.

  6. 6

    Pour mix into loaf pan and bake 50-80 min, until done.
