Put sugar and karo syrup in pot, and bring to a boil just until sugar is dissolved.

remove from heat and stir in peanut butter till it melts in.

Fold in rice crispies.

Pour mixture in 13x9 greased pan and spread around to be level.

Shake the chocolate and butterscotch chips on top of warm rice crispie mixture. Place a cookie sheet or lid on top to help them melt.

Once all the chips look shiny, take a frosting knife and spread the chocolate chips to cover rice crispies completely.
