6 cupsugar
6 cupflour
380 gramsshortening
380 gramsmargarine
3 cupwater
1 cupcocoa
7eggs
1milk
1 tbspb. soda
1lemon flavour

mix together sugar and flour in mixing bowl

combine shortening & margarine in pot w water & cup cocoa, bring to boil

combine pot and bowl & mix well

add eggs 2 measuring cup & fill to 2 cups w milk, add to bowl & mix well

add lemon flavour

after everything mixed well, add 1 tbsp b. soda & mix for another minute
7

bake at 350 until springs back when touched lightly
