Custard Carrot Pudding
Steps

Take the grated carrot and roast for 5 minutes in a pan with the ghee.

Now add to Milk the custard powder and dissolve it.

Now add this custard milk alongside condensed milk to the carrot and stir till it thickens.

Now garnish with Pista and let it cool down for 30 minutes in fridge.

When you want to serve it garnish with some whipped cream.

Now it's ready.
