Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupghee
  2. 1/2 cupgond
  3. 3 tbspatta or whole wheat flour
  4. 3 tbspDry coconut grated or desiccated coconut
  5. 1 tbsppoppy seeds or khas khas
  6. 1 Cupjaggery chopped
  7. 1 tspDry ginger powder
  8. 1 tbspcardamom powder
  9. 1 cupDry fruits crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    First pan me ghee garam karen,usme thoda thoda karke gond ko medium heat par roast Karen.
    - gond jab roast ho jaye to use dardara grind kar le & ek bowl me dale.

  2. 2

    Jis pan me gond fry kiya usme atta dale & pink colour hone tak bhune.
    Atta bhun jaye to usme sabhi Dry fruits dale & 2 minutes tak bhun le.

  3. 3

    Atta & Dry fruits ko bhi gond wale bowl me dal de & usme Elaichi powder & ginger powder dal kar Mix kar le.
    next same pan me 2 tbsp ghee dale garam hone par usme Gud or jaggery dale.

  4. 4

    Continues chalate rahe & Gud jab melt ho jaye & usme bubbles dikhne lage to flame off karein.

  5. 5

    Melted Gud ko Dry fruits ke mixture me dale, Mix karein & Laddu banaye.
    Delicious & Healthy laddu ready.
