First pan me ghee garam karen,usme thoda thoda karke gond ko medium heat par roast Karen.
- gond jab roast ho jaye to use dardara grind kar le & ek bowl me dale. - 2
Jis pan me gond fry kiya usme atta dale & pink colour hone tak bhune.
Atta bhun jaye to usme sabhi Dry fruits dale & 2 minutes tak bhun le. - 3
Atta & Dry fruits ko bhi gond wale bowl me dal de & usme Elaichi powder & ginger powder dal kar Mix kar le.
next same pan me 2 tbsp ghee dale garam hone par usme Gud or jaggery dale. - 4
Continues chalate rahe & Gud jab melt ho jaye & usme bubbles dikhne lage to flame off karein.

Melted Gud ko Dry fruits ke mixture me dale, Mix karein & Laddu banaye.
