Steps

Cut off stems of spinach. Clean and dry spinach.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add the garlic and saute 1 minute until garlic starts to brown.

Add the spinach and press down. Use spatulas to lift and turn. Do this a couple times to spread oil. Cover and cook 1 minute. Uncover and turn. Cover and cook another minute.

After 2 mins the spinach should be wilted. Remove, drain any moisture, sprinkle with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
