Green Peas Dhokla

Make paste of green peas

Mix besan,rava and peas paste add water to form a batter

Add salt,sugar,ginger chilli paste and mix it properly

Add lemon juice and mix it

Grease the dhokla plate

Add baking soda to the batter and put the batter in the greased plate and cook it in dhokla maker
- 7
Test the dhokla by inserting toothpick in it..if it comes clear take out and let it cool

In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds,sesame seed,curry leaves,red chilli and green chilli let it crackle put two spoon water in it and spread whole tempering on the dhokla

Cut it in squares and garnish it with coriander and serve it with sauce
