In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar and cream cheese with mixer on medium speed, until smooth.

Pour peanut butter mixture into crust pan and smooth mixture until evenly distributed. Place pan in refrigerator for 20 minutes or until set.

In micro wave, heat hot fudge, until spreadable.

Pour hot fudge on top of peanut butter mixture and spread until evenly distributed. Return pan to refrigerator, until chilled.

Scoop 6 cups of cool whip on top of pie and level. Sprinkle topping with mini chocolate chips. Cover and return to refrigerator, until ready to serve. Return pie to refrigerator when not being served.
