Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupButter
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 tbspMilk
  5. 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  6. 2 1/2 cupFlour
  7. 2 tspBaking powder
  8. 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slowly add sugar to the butter

  2. 2

    Then add eggs and milk With the Vinita essence.

  3. 3

    Sift the dry ingredients and to the egg mix

  4. 4

    Mix thoroughly and leave for 1 hour in a cool place.

  5. 5

    Rol out dough ± 3mm and use cookie cutter. Sprinkle casting sugar over

  6. 6

    place cookies 2 1/2 cm from each other on a greased pan. Bake for 8-10 min by 180°C

  7. 7

    Sif 2/5 cup Cocoa to the dry ingreients
