100 gramsfresh spinach
2Spring onions
1 cloveminced
1 tbspOlive oil
1Black Olives
1Mozerella Cheese
1oil and balsamic vinigar dressing

Remove stems from Mushrooms

Heat 0live oil in pan, Saute onion and garlic

Add spinach until wilted and then add olives.

Place spinach in mushroom + sprinkle Cheese on

Place in oven for a few minutes

Serve with lettuce and balsamic vinigar dressing
