whisk, dont beat, flour, Baking powder, and salt, set aside.

in a separate bowl, whisk sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. pour in melted butter and stir til just combined.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla, stir in the milk.

slowly add the dry ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon until just combined. batter will be very thick!

divide batter among 12 lined muffin cups about 2/3 full, approx. 1/4 cup batter.

bake at 350° for 16 to 20 minutes...less for a gooier brownie.

allow to cool a few minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.

frost with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Icing (in my recipes)

store in an airtight container with a slice of bread to keep moist.
