In a large skillet, heat 1tbsp (15ml) oil over medium-high heat. Sauté green pepper, onions, and zucchini for 3-5mins or until tender.Remove from the pan. Add remaining oil to skillet.

Cook and stir chicken about 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

Add salsa and soy sauce and heat through. Return vegetables to skillet and heat.

Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in 350°F (180°C) oven for 5-10 mins OR, wrap in paper towels and place in microwave oven.

Heat on HIGH power got 30 seconds our until warm. To serve, spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas and wrap up.
