dice potatoes and then make as boiled potatoes.

slice sausages then fry off until just browned in a dry fry pan

remove sausage and place in a bowl lined with paper towel. set aside for now.

chop bacon and add to the same dry fry pan as snags

when potatoes have boiled and are soft drain and add to the fry pan with bacon

when potatoes start to show some brown add snags and garlic.

fry everything together until all brown and smelling lovely.

fry 1 egg per person. or if like my hubby add extras.

at this step you can drain potatoes snags and bacon on paper towel while frying egg.

pile everything in middle of plate top with fried egg.

serve with some greens
