1 tspsalt & pepper

preheat oven to 500

cut Brussels sprouts in half or quarter depending on size.

place Brussels sprouts in one layer cut side down on baking sheet & cover with aluminum foil.

cook covered for 10 minutes

remove foil & cook another 10 minutes
